This policy explains what Iced Mocha ASMR collects on icedmochaasmr.com and through the tools it uses to publish my own videos and posts. I keep it short because I collect very little.

Who is responsible

Iced Mocha ASMR, an ASMR video channel, is responsible for this website, icedmochaasmr.com, and for the data described here. Contact: [email protected] or [email protected].

Visitors of this website

The website uses no cookies and no advertising trackers. The host, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver pages and protect the site, as described in its own privacy policy. Pages under /v/ and /youtube/ only open the matching video or my channel in the YouTube app or website.

Visit statistics

To see which videos and pages people enjoy, the site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views, the page you came from, your country and your type of device without cookies and without identifying you. The site also records a few anonymous actions on its pages (playing a video, clicking a chapter, opening the YouTube app, choosing a filter, subscribing to the newsletter): only the action, the page, the hour and your country are kept. No IP address, no cookie and no identifier that could follow you from one visit to the next.

If you subscribe, I store your e-mail address, the date you subscribed and the dates you confirmed or unsubscribed, only to send you one e-mail to confirm your address and then one e-mail a week with my new videos. I store no IP address. I never sell, rent or share it, except with the e-mail delivery service that sends the newsletter for Iced Mocha ASMR. Every e-mail has an unsubscribe link; unsubscribing deletes your address from the list.

Apps used to publish my own content

Iced Mocha ASMR runs private apps, not offered to the public, that publish my own content to my own accounts only. They sign in no other user and collect no data about viewers or followers. Their access tokens are stored privately and used only to publish and manage my own content.

YouTube API Services: uploads, schedules and updates the videos, captions and playlists of my own YouTube channel, and reads its public statistics (for example, to show the videos you liked most). By using these features you are also bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. The use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy. You can revoke access at any time from your Google account's security settings.
Meta (Facebook, Instagram, Threads): publishes Reels, posts and Stories to my own Facebook Page, Instagram account and Threads profile.
Pinterest API: creates Pins of my own videos on my own Pinterest boards and reads those boards to choose where each Pin goes. It reads no other user's data.
Other networks (Bluesky, Tumblr): publish my own posts to my own accounts.

Data deletion

Apart from newsletter addresses, Iced Mocha ASMR holds no personal data, so there is usually nothing to delete. To remove your newsletter address, use the unsubscribe link or e-mail me. If you believe any information about you is held, e-mail me and it will be deleted, with a reply within 30 days.

Children

This website and the newsletter are not directed to children under 13, and I do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

Any change to this policy will be posted on this page with a new date.
